Install PVR client in the kodi repo
[COLORyellow]IPTV Simple Client[/COLOR]

Go back to [COLORyellow]MAD TITAN TOOLS[/COLOR] Section and pick your choice of epg setup
Kodi will force [COLORred]close[/COLOR] 
Reopen kodi for a few seconds and then [COLORyellow]manually[/COLOR] force [COLORred]close[/COLOR] Kodi
Reopen kodi and epg will now populate
