or delete the settings xml in the userdata folder

- Added when the user how often to update the guide (6 hours, 12, 1 day, 2 days etc..)
- Global epg time offset (default -4)
- Able to offset by suffix (us =-1, uk-4)
- Able to offset by country guide (Extra EPG Offsets hours  4)
